What happens on the day?
Step aboard the boat at the Castlefield Hotel on Liverpool Road in the ‘Castlefield Bowl’ then sit back and enjoy a canal cruise to Old Trafford stadium. Upon arrival it’s time for a guided tour, including:
- Sir Alex Ferguson Stand
- Dugout
- Players’ Tunnel
- Dressing Room
- Award-winning Interactive Museum
After the tour had finished you’ll be able to jump on the boat for the trip back to Manchester centre.
FULL DESCRIPTION
After seeing the Theatre of Dreams from aboard a cruising canal boat you’ll disembark to start your guided tour to see Old Trafford up close.
You’ll see the stadium from the heights of the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand before descending to the team dug outs for a chance to stand in the manager’s spot and pretend to bark orders at the team.
Sit in your favourite player’s spot in the Home Changing Room and imagine the roar of the crowd as you emerge from the players’ tunnel.
Your tour also includes a visit to the Museum, where you can learn about everything you didn’t ask your tour guide and all of the legends and triumphs of Manchester Utd.
The tour ends back on the cruising canal boat, where you’ll get to take in the sights one last time before finishing up back in Manchester City centre full of footballing excitement.

Amazing day out
We absolutely loved our day. Starting with the cruise was an excellent and novel way to reach the t'heatre of dreams'! Such an impressive stadium and so we'll organised. Recommend this for all true Man Utd fans!
